Our job is to take data and transform it into actionable, consumable, information that is utilized at the executive levels. You'll work with a diverse global team of Database Engineers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to help Pega’s evolving Data and Analytics strategies. What You'll Do At Pega

• Design and implement enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting Solutions that are agile and scale with Pega’s business growth
• Ensure data models are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.
• Develop logic for complex data calculations
• Wrangling data in SQL and other in-house Pega tools

• You are a strong collaborator with the ability to communicate complicated information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• You are highly organized and enjoy working on several projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• You consider yourself to be adaptable and flexible while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• You are a life-long learner!

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or equivalent—we encourage new graduates to apply!
• 0-3+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Experience (even in a non-professional or internship setting) with SAP products (HANA is a plus)
• ETL / Data Integration Development experience
• Data Modeling, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling
• Proficient in SQL Development (Stored procedures, triggers and functions)
• RDBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, DataStax)
• Programming experience in Python is a plus
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Working knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting for troubleshooting purposes
