What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and social events
• Encourage resident participation while respecting individual preferences and abilities
• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to design creative and inclusive programs
• Track attendance and gather feedback to improve activity offerings
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents through daily interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Creative thinking and enthusiasm for planning fun, purposeful activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient attitude and a genuine interest in working with older adults
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
