This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy, high-potential parts department and grow with a dealership under strong leadership and a clear vision for success.

What Youll Do

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department

• Manage inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver exceptional service

• Work closely with the Service department to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with OEM standards

• Drive department growth through improved processes, customer satisfaction, and teamwork

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Managerin an automotive dealership (CDJR experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Understanding of DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)

• Ability to analyze reports and manage department financials

• A proactive, hands-on manager ready to make an immediate impact
