Parish Tractor is expanding, and we're looking for amotivated and dependable individual to join our Gonzales, LA team in a dualrole as a CDL Driver/Yard Support . If you enjoy a mix of driving andhands-on yard work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this opportunity isfor you!

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll help maintain the organization andcleanliness of our outdoor lot and shop areas, assist with equipment movementand deliveries, and support the service team with basic tasks. As a CDL driver,you'll be responsible for safely loading, securing, and transportingagricultural and turf equipment for customers and dealership needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize the outdoor equipment lotand display areas
• Receive and unload incoming equipment shipments
• Safely move Kubota equipment and attachmentsaround the property
• Perform basic equipment setup for display ordelivery
• Wash and detail tractors and utility vehicles asneeded
• Support service, sales, rental, and partsdepartments with staging, transporting, and workspace upkeep
• Ensure yard cleanliness and organization
• Complete pickups and deliveries using companyvehicles
• Verify delivery loads against dispatch paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driver experience
• Valid CDL and current health card required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening andbackground check
• Proficient in operating a range of vehicles,including 3/4 -ton trucks with gooseneck trailers and day cab semi-trucks withair brakes
• Experience with commercial vehicles and smallconstruction /agricultural equipment preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and occasionalSaturdays
• Compliance with all State and Federal DOTregulations

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and driving
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
