Codeworks is an IT Services firm, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

Our client located in the Madison, WI area is looking to bring aboard Senior .NET Developer to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role will work onsite in Madison, WI in a hybrid model. This individual will become a member of the Solution Delivery Team, serving as a software developer.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining applications to support department operations
• Ensuring efficient and reliable system functionality across multiple platforms
• Participating in all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), including research, analysis, design, development, implementation, and delivery of solutions
• Analyze and design new systems as well as enhancements to existing systems
• Evaluating system impacts from regulatory changes
• Support business partners in resolving system issues in a timely manner
• Code, test, and debug complex systems
• Plan and coordinate integration and acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of application development standards

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and ASP.NET Web Forms with experience in UI design
• WCF Web Services and Web APIs
• SQL Server and database modeling and design
• Strong SQL and Stored Procedures expertise
• Knowledge of systems development practices, principles, and analysis techniques
• Familiarity with object-oriented principles and design patterns
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Knowledge of web-enabled and e-commerce applications
• Familiarity with client/server and internet technologies
• Experience with Windows Server, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, ASP.NET MVC and Core
• Proficiency in Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, Entity Framework, and AJAX

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $50/hr and $57/hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
