Job Description

The HT Group is hiring an Civil Construction Supervisor for a high-profile, large-scale construction project supporting next-generation manufacturing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a fast-moving, high-tech industrial build nearTaylor, TXOnsite Position, ASAP Start (Relocation Offered,Salary + Bonus & Benefits).
Overview
The Civil Supervisor will be responsiblefor overseeing on-site construction activities of external facilities, including but not limited to:
- Underground utilities installation
- Electrical panels, conduit, cable, and lighting installation Heat tracing for outdoor piping
- Fire sprinkler and alarm system installation (FALSS)Installation of tempered water skid, safety showers, and piping
- Road pavement (asphalt, concrete, gravel, etc.), outdoor concrete padsandsubgrade preparation
- Interior finishing works (gypsum walls, ceilings, painting, doors, etc.) and spill prevention facilities (such as sluice gates and water quality monitoring systems
RequiredExperience
Minimum of5years of on-site construction experience, with a focus on civil, electrical, or steel structure (CUB) work
Proven experience supervising structural steel activities including anchor bolt installation, steel erection, bolting, welding, painting/galvanizing, and related inspections.
Strong understanding of module installation and lifting management.
Experience working with and overseeing subcontractors.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience inEPC and high-tech industrial projects (e.g., semiconductor plants).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and experienced with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software such as BIM and Tekla.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
Ability to interpret contracts, project specifications, codes, and technical drawings.
