Corporate Development Director Remote Location: Seattle, WA or San Francisco Bay Area Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development leader with an exceptional background in investment banking or similar to spearhead our M&A and competitive intelligence initiatives. This role is critical to shaping the companys growth trajectory by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic partnerships while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring, coupled with a strategic mindset that enables them to build relationships with industry thought leaders, navigate complex transactions and deliver impactful outcomes. They will play a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy by leveraging their analytical acumen, industry knowledge, and ability to synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations.
