Payrate: $56.00 - $59.00/hr.
Summary: Group Advertising is dedicated to building creative media partnerships, enabling advertisers to market on Group's network of leading travel brands and global platforms. We have revolutionized the way brands reach and connect with online travel consumers, emerging as a leader in online advertising sales among travel and e-commerce brands. With a growing portfolio offering a multitude of advertising and sponsorship solutions, our team has built a viable marketing platform for advertising partners to reach the 131 million worldwide monthly unique visitors that visit Group sites. The E Studio team is searching for a Creative Project Manager who can learn quickly, think innovatively and strategically about the custom needs of our partners with the aim of achieving each brand's goals simultaneously. This individual will oversee custom advertising and media solutions projects globally, working cross functionally with various areas of the business including sales, legal, media planning and insights reporting, account management, finance, and Brand Marketing and Global Comms.
Responsibilities: - End-to-end implementation and project management of campaigns with media partners
- Oversee program development and launches for new commercial solutions
- Assist team in managing intake of all projects/assignments, validating requests, and allocating resources
- Liaise with internal project stakeholders including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management
- Manage and optimize project timelines and team deliverables; identify timeline impacts and resource conflicts and deadlines
- Act as a liaison between the studio and the client - clearly communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, questions, etc. To maintain project integrity
- Liaise with external vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing
- Responsible for acting as a secondary liaison between internal teams and assigned clients
- Perform campaign risk assessments and critical path analyses to ensure team results are appropriately supervised and met. This could include the development of any necessary risk mitigation strategies.
Technical Skills: - Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, Click up, Monday.com, Smartsheet's, SharePoint, and/or other project management and collaboration tools
- Ideal if advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Basic knowledge of HTML

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$56.00 - $59.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
