Job Description

What You'll Do
* Manage end-to-end creative production workflows across video, CG, and digital asset creation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
* Serve as the face of the production team-building trust and rapport across departments.
* Track progress and manage tasks using tools like JIRA, Frame.io, SharePoint, etc.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and proactively manage risks.
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team.
* Hands-on experience managing video, CG, and digital content production.
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Frame.io, SharePoint.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills-you know how to keep multiple plates spinning.
* A production-savvy mindset with a deep understanding of creative workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you're approachable, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
