Stratton Woodworks - We are a growing company manufacturing high-end custom cabinetry located in McKinney, TX looking for top quality team members to join our team!

Join Stratton Woodworks as Craftsman/Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer. In this role you will assist in the creation of custom wood cabinets following the shop drawings in various stages of the project.

There is never a dull moment, as each cabinet is custom. Attention to detail, cabinet construction knowledge, professionalism and quick thinking are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools including but not limited to table saws, drivers, drill presses, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and other wood-fastening equipment.
• Ensure products are assembled correctly for safety and purposeful use
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Read and use tape measure
• Identify multiple species of wood
• Operate shop computers and software
• Move cabinets to next phase of construction

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with woodworking/construction projects preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment helpful
• Ability to read/interpret shop drawings and utilize/read tape measure
• Ability to lift large cabinets with assistance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
