Gervino Group is working closely with a dynamic and innovative dental practice to find an experienced Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and ready to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. We've successfully partnered with this practice on multiple searches and know firsthand the culture is warm, motivating, and supportive.

This is a four-day-a-week role with no cap on earning potential—and a base pay of $60 - $67/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial mouth screenings and identify oral health conditions (e.g., gingivitis, caries, periodontitis)
• Clean and protect patients’ teeth; perform X-rays and impressions
• Educate and empower patients of all ages on oral hygiene
• Assist dentists in selecting and implementing treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation
• Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience from start to finish
• Follow sterilization protocols and safety standards

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Current state hygiene license (active and in good standing)
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for oral health
• Strong communication skills and patient rapport
• Experience with dental software and charting systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
