Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth, seamless delivery.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand event objectives, preferences, and vision.
• Manage event logistics such as setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination for flawless execution.
• Provide on-site support including guest registration, troubleshooting, and maintaining event flow.
• Organize and prepare event materials, equipment, and supplies to guarantee readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams (marketing, design, production) to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Gather post-event feedback and compile performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous event planning or coordination experience is advantageous but not required — training provided.
