We’re expanding and looking to partner with motivated, experienced cleaners to join our network of independent subcontractors.

Position Overview

We’re partnering with experienced independent cleaners (1099 subcontractors) for residential and commercial jobs.
Compensation is flat-rate per job — average earnings range from $20–$30 per hour equivalent , depending on job type, size, and scope. Contractors are paid per completed job, with daily pay available.

What You’ll Do

• Complete residential and commercial cleaning projects (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, office, and common-area cleanings)
• Follow provided job details or checklists to ensure high-quality results
• Use your own methods and cleaning techniques to achieve 5-star results
• Maintain clear communication about job status and scheduling
• Provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Operate as an independent business or sole proprietor (you’ll receive a Form 1099)
• Provide your own supplies, tools, and transportation
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to accept or decline jobs independently and manage your own schedule

Compensation

• Flat-rate pay per job (average $20–$30/hr equivalent )
• Daily pay available
• Independent contractor (1099) – you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment
• Flexible full-time or part-time workload based on availability and performance
