Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care and assist with client assessments, ensuring each patient’s needs are met with compassion and expertise. * Ensure top-quality care delivery and full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. * Support and mentor field staff (nurses and caregivers), helping them grow and maintain excellence in their roles. * Coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to develop, update, and implement effective patient care plans. * Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, keeping information organized and up-to-date. Qualifications: * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. * Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred). * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff. * Proficiency in wound care and administering IVIG infusions. * Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.
