Qualifications: * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. * Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred). * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff. * Proficiency in wound care and administering IVIG infusions. * Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.
