What Youll Do

As part of our Garden Center Field Crew, youll play a vital role in delivering great service and plant material to our customers, whether that means helping them find what they need in-store, loading bulk goods into their vehicles, or driving out to their property to drop off and plant trees and shrubs.

Youll rotate between different responsibilities based on the day and the season: loading and unloading bulk goods, operating skid steers and liftbeds, delivering materials across town, supporting customer questions and transactions, restocking inventory, planting trees and shrubs, and maintaining safe and organized work areas. Youll be working outdoors, operating machinery, lifting heavy materials, and staying active, and youll be part of a team that makes every interaction with Green View a great one.

What You Bring

• A positive, customer-first attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Valid Class C license with a clean driving record (or the ability to obtain one)
• Confidence operating equipment such as skid steers or liftbeds (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Solid communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor with customers
• Attention to detail when loading materials, processing transactions, or tracking paperwork
• Dependable, punctual, and available to work weekends and seasonal peak hours
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

Hours: Typical hours are rotating shifts dependent on seasonal demand, with some flexibility.
