Job Title: Housekeeper/Nanny (Live-Out Preferably)
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE

Overview:
A kind and welcoming family in Brooklyn is seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper/nanny to support the smooth running of their home and provide occasional childcare in the afternoons. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes initiative, thrives in keeping a household running smoothly, and can take charge without needing much direction—ensuring the home stays clean, organized, and well-stocked while becoming a valued part of a positive, long-term household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping:Handle all aspects of daily and deep cleaning of the 3,000 sq ft home (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, organizing, etc.) to maintain a tidy and comfortable home environment.
• Cooking:Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks.
• Childcare:Provide occasional after-school care for one school-age child, including help with light homework and transportation to activities as needed.
• Errands:Assist with household errands such as grocery shopping and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping and childcare (ideally with school-aged children).
• Able to cook basic, nutritious meals.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable around pets (the home includes a friendly cat).
• Trustworthy, kind, and dependable.
