We are looking for an Inside Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Simi Valley, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will play a vital role in supporting sales and marketing activities while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Manage CRM tools such as Sage and HubSpot to track and analyze sales data effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to anticipate consumer behavior and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on sales performance and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound sales activities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Support product demonstrations and provide technical insights to prospective customers.
• Maintain organized records and manage time-sensitive tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Uphold a customer-first attitude, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Sage and HubSpot software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to technical software products.
• A detail-oriented demeanor with a patient and customer-focused attitude.
