Job Description Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant Clinic Family Practice for a job in Rangely, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Family Practice ~ Discipline: Physician Assistant ~ Duration: Ongoing ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Staff Full-time position open to Physician Assistants Requires at least one year of practice experience and comfortable practicing independently 3-day work week of outpatient family medicine clinical responsibilities plus a 24-hour shift of emergency room coverage Mid-levels are first call when they are covering the ER No weekend requirements Low patient volume averaging 0-3 inpatients and 14 outpatients/day Hospital has a comprehensive lab and a full range of imaging services Very competitive salary with negotiations starting in the range of $150K, depending on experience Sign on bonus of $20K and $5K for relocation Comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation, health, dental, vision insurance, paid malpractice, and 401k Significant loan repayment packages available with the hospital taking over majority of loans and paying balance Small, cozy, and friendly mountain town with safe neighborhoods and low cost of living Beautiful surroundings with an abundance of recreational activities including skiing, fishing, camping, boating, and golfing Located in Rangely, less than 2 hours north of Grand Junction and 4 hours from Salt Lake City, UT
