New Clinic in Luverne MN - PRN Patient Service Representative (Registration )

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team at the Orthopedic Institute Clinic SD in Luverne, MN. We are currently seeking a PRN Patient Service Representative - Registration to help support the opening of our new clinic. This position will less than 20 hours a week and on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients by greeting them, verifying insurance information and collecting payments from patients at the time of service.
• Accurately input patient information into the electronic health record system.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and first impression
• Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
