Real Estate and Title Associate Attorney

This distinguished law firm located in Orange County, California, seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate/Title team. Salary: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate and title litigation cases from initiation to trial with minimal supervision.
  • Direct all aspects of discovery, including site inspections, depositions, and expert engagements.
  • Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet client and firm objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and managing expectations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or title law.
  • License to practice law in California.
  • Demonstrated litigation skills, including active case management and presence in the courtroom.
  • Strong abilities in both written and oral communication.
  • Aptitude for both independent and collaborative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading litigation cases related to real estate and title matters.
  • Proficiency in handling complex legal arguments and motions.
  • Familiarity with current regulations and standards in California real estate law.
