Working Territory: COLUMBIA, SC

• New Sales Advisors can expect to earn $85,000 a year
• Experience Sales Advisors can earn over $150,000 a year

$85,000 - $150,000+ Annually

An ADT Resale Sales Representative sells ADT services and upgraded products to customers who previously had an ADT system but are now out-of-service. This role involves generating leads, making sales calls, presenting solutions, and managing the sales process to meet quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identifying and engaging with potential customers who were previously ADT customers.

• Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations on ADT's products and services, emphasizing the unique benefits compared to competitors.

• Solutions: Providing consultative sales solutions to meet customer needs, visiting homes or businesses.

• Sales Process Management: Managing the work order process, ensuring all documentation is completed, and preparing final agreements for signatures.

• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, following up post-installation, and generating referrals.

• Sales Quota: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas while adhering to established ADT guidelines.

• Retention: Enhancing customer retention by proactively affirming customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Licensing : Valid driver’s license

Pay and Benefits Disclosure: Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
