As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions by creating impactful visualizations, KPIs, and analyses that influence the direction of the business. Collaborating across departments, you’ll work with modern data tools to improve performance, guide operational strategy, and support AI-powered innovation. Accountabilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and create Tableau dashboards that reflect real-time business performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data integrity and develop scalable data processes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Amazon Redshift.
• Support engineering initiatives by enhancing AI models using proprietary data.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses in Excel to uncover trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Present clear, data-backed recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects across departments including Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain strong documentation and promote data-driven decision-making culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong track record of producing actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools like Looker or Power BI).
• 4+ years of SQL experience and familiarity with tools like dbt and Airflow.
• Exceptional data storytelling ability — clearly translate analytics into business decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a structured approach to problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Experience with R or Python is a plus.
• Passion for education and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued.
