Job Description

Position: Senior EEO HR Consultant

Department: Diversity and Human Resources

Shift: 8AM-5:00PM

Status: Full-time/ 80 hours per pay period

Facility: Premier System Support

Under general supervision of the Director of Community Impact and Caregiver Advocacy, the Senior HR Consultant assists with the implementation strategic planning and initiatives to support our commitment to being an equal employee and access organization for our community, patients and caregivers. The Senior HR Consultant will help drive programs that will provide us with the desired outcomes that support our commitment, increase engagement, retention and the caregiver experience.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Additional requirements:

Type of degree: Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related field required

Licensure/Certification/Registration

PHR or SHRM - CP Preferred

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Diversity Consultant

Preferred experience: Healthcare

Knowledge/Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to assess, create, and implement education opportunities. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, previous experience in this area is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, as well as group and process facilitation.

  • Must be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as representatives of various cultures in the internal and external community.

  • Five years' experience as an HR generalist or in the field of organizational development and training, preferably in a hospital setting.

  • Strong evidence of experience in diversity management is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in organization-wide initiatives, with a focus on diversity, culture, and inclusion
