As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. By collaborating closely with our senior leadership, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical executive roles that drive our mission forward. This role is an opportunity to influence the leadership of our company from the heart of our vibrant campuses in Chattanooga, TN, Portland, ME, or Atlanta, GA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-visibility executive searches from inception to hire, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand and align recruiting strategies with business priorities.
  • Provide expert market insights and data-driven recommendations to guide executive hiring decisions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Deliver a personalized and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain relationships with retained search firms to enhance our executive recruiting efforts.
  • Leverage your network to identify and attract AVP, VP, and SVP+ talent across various industries.
  • Understand executive compensation structures to effectively engage and close senior candidates.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

What We Seek:

  • 5-7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably in corporate or retained search environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for AVP, VP, and SVP+ roles within complex organizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong sourcing abilities and proficiency in using talent market data to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
