Staff Accountant – Music Industry | Hybrid After Training | Up to $70K + Bonus | Excellent Benefits

A well-established and fast-growing entertainment company in Nashville is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule (2 days remote after 90 days), and a strong focus on work/life balance .

Location: West End, Nashville
Compensation: Up to $75,000 base + discretionary bonus
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid after training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable across multiple entities
  • Handle deposits and accounts receivable
  • Maintain general ledgers for various clients
  • Calculate monthly commissions
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; prior experience in entertainment or multi-entity accounting is a plus.
