Job Description

A full-time paraprofessional position is available to provide essential support within a K-12 educational environment. This role offers the opportunity to assist students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade, offering both one-on-one and small group support during the regular school week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1-on-1 support to students requiring additional assistance.
• Facilitate small group instruction to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans and strategies.
• Support classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Adapt instructional techniques to meet student needs across various grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Associates Degree or higher.
• Possession of valid Paraprofessional Certification is required.
• Experience working within K-12 settings preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across multiple grade levels.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
