Job Description

A middle school is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support student learning and enhance educational outcomes. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers and staff in a vibrant school environment to assist students in reaching their academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students under the supervision of certified teachers
• Assist with classroom management and organization to promote a positive learning environment
• Support students with diverse learning needs through one-on-one or small group assistance
• Help implement lesson plans and activities tailored to individual student requirements
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
• Facilitate classroom routines and assist with supervisory duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably in middle school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and students
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to student success
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant paraprofessional certification is a plus

Location: Suncook, NH (Middle School Setting)
Duration: Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
