Job Description

This position seeks a skilled paraprofessional to support instructional activities at an elementary school setting in Inyokern, CA. The role is contract-based for the current school year (CSY), offering an opportunity to contribute directly to student learning and development in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
• Support individual and small group instruction to reinforce learning objectives.
• Aid students with special needs or learning difficulties to enhance their academic experience.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role.
