WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* *Must be able to work Monday-Thursday all 3 Shifts on a Rotating Basis: 9:30am-8:30pm, 2:00pm-12:30am, and 7:30pm-6:30am** As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of our products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, performing various tasks that support our warehouse functions. The Warehouse supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage products. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Competencies Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping beverages. Manage and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and sales, to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and employee performance. Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Handle any issues related to product quality, safety, or inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Requirements and Experiences High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in the beverage industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Forklift certification is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in various temperature conditions, including refrigerated areas.
