Agency Showroom is seeking to hire candidates who fit these positions:
Showroom Mgr, Sales Rep and Sales Assistants. P rior showroom experience is ideal for each role, and overall sales experience is required.
We are a leading Women's Accessories (wholesale) showroom since 2003, representing over a dozen top brands, with established accounts nationwide such as Anthropologie, Free People, and Nordstrom. We recently launched our 2nd location in Dallas and are working to add additional sales support there.
Each team member is responsible for assisting and supporting our team in all aspects of daily showroom business, both at the showroom(s) and at various trade shows. ALL staff have the same opportunity to grow with the company and can be promoted based on their achievements. All Agency team members are responsible for sales with our already established better boutiques and majors across the nation, as well as opening new accounts and making valuable connections with key buyers. Commissions are paid for all sales made, with a generous opportunity to achieve as many sales and as much commission as a person is motivated to achieve. The most ambitious team members enjoy the greatest financial rewards by far.
We are ONLY interested in long term dedicated employees looking for a career who aims to advance to leadership roles like Lead Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Sales Director for example.
Most of our brands ( clients), accounts ( customers) and employees, have been with us 5-10+ years.
