In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing creative projects from start to finish utilizing the Vidmob Platform. You will be communicating directly with clients and our external network of creators in order to manage timelines and develop creative deliverables across multiple platforms and ad types. In this role, it is critical that you have strong creative instincts and a passion for driving forward the highest standard of creative excellence. You must be a strong communicator and work well with others. You will work autonomously on your own projects as well as support other members of the team.
This role is hybrid in our NYC office. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 Responsibilities: - Independently manage the creative production process for standard projects across a range of businesses and ensure clients are consistently receiving high quality creative from Vidmob
- Independently manage Creators from Vidmob's Creator Network, including the creation, organization and delivery of client creative work, ultimately executing on your client's creative vision
- Independently scope standard creative deliverables
- Independently create and manage project timelines, communicating regularly with relevant stakeholders throughout the creative production process
- Act as the main point of contact for multiple projects at any given time
- Ensure creative work is optimized by leveraging relevant insights and platform best practices
- Influence the product roadmap by submitting feature requests that align to customer feedback and delivering a better experience through our product
- Be a positive contributor to the Vidmob community and Culture; positively problem-solving and collaborating to build a better company and uphold Vidmob values
Qualifications: - 2+ years project management experience at a creative agency or similar
- Understanding of creative principles and social media
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrives in an autonomous environment and demonstrates initiative by taking ownership of projects
- You are reliable, and excited to show up each day with a "can-do" attitude; you're fluent in modern ways of working - you don't miss a beat, working with and leading in a distributed workforce.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
