Under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Manager, the maintenance technician performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations to maintain the hospital buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for designated portion of these buildings including assigned preventive maintenance and daily non-scheduled work requests.
