Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development. Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language). Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and working with large datasets. Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with the Fabric platform and semantic data models. (Ben/Alex add) Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable visualizations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse). Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus. Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate) is advantageous. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or related certification. Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations data. Experience with DevOps and ADO a plus. Experience with Power Platform a plus. Experience building paginated reports in BI/Fabric a plus. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
