Job Title: SAP TM Consultant

Client Location: Iselin, NJ (South) | Ewing, NJ


Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support an enterprise transportation and logistics transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities such as planning, execution, charge management, freight settlement, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Provide expertise in both Freight Order Management and Transportation Planning & Execution .
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP ERP, external carriers).
• Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP TM modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of TM processes.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of strong SAP TM experience.
• Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture and functionalities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (preferred).
• Experience with configuration and customization of SAP TM modules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• bility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

• Integration experience with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, or SAP Event Management.
• Previous experience in transportation/logistics domain consulting.
• Prior involvement in global or large-scale SAP rollouts.
